Skill Based Running Coaching offers a variety of classes for different athletic levels and sports needs. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. Additionally, I personally consult with every single client to understand each one’s unique goals. Because at Skill Based Running Coaching, every athlete matters.

IN PERSON RUNNING TECHNIQUE STARTER

This service includes a full on technique based training session with me. It will give you the tools how you can start improving your running technique and get more efficient at any distance.


You will also get a full analysis of your current technique, plus of your running at the end of our first session

ONLINE - RUNNING TECHNIQUE STARTER

150€

This service includes Online Coaching program (Fundamentals of efficient running technique - 6 weeks program ) with all the tools you need for to start improving your running technique.


You will also get a full analysis of your current running technique and a comparison to your running at the end of the 6 weeks program.

ONE ON ONE AND ONLINE -RUNNING TECHNIQUE

This service includes a full on technique based training session with me plus an Online Coaching program for 6 weeks (Fundamentals of efficient running technique - 6 weeks program ) with all the tools you need for to start improving your running technique.


You will also get a full analysis of your current running technique and a comparison to your running at the end of the 6 weeks program.

All programs consist of 3 running workouts per week + additional accessory work and mobility suggestions.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

The one on one sessions last for one hour.



I'll make sure you get as much as possible out of the session. The session will be tailored around you, your current fitness levels and future running goals. We can get you started as a runner, try some more advanced running drills, look to do some faster running at the track, or even have a  hill running session. It's really up to you.


These sessions are ideal for any runners looking for to improve their running technique and to getting personal feedback and quidance from a professional.
